The service

Tamiqa gives your business a booking page and sends appointment confirmations, reminders and no-show recovery messages on your behalf via WhatsApp/SMS.

Subscription & trial

Tamiqa costs 399 AED/month (or the yearly price shown at checkout). New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; your card is collected but not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime — no lock-in. We take no commission on your bookings. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your responsibilities

You are the controller of your customers’ data. You confirm you have a lawful basis (consent) to message the customers you add, and you will not use Tamiqa for spam or advertising without separate consent.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading or abusive use, and no messaging people who have not consented. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or messaging-provider rules.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Tamiqa reliable but provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses; message delivery depends on third parties (WhatsApp/Meta, telecom carriers, Stripe).

Changes & law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Governing law: [JURISDICTION — UAE].

الخدمة

تمنح تميقا نشاطك صفحة حجز وترسل تأكيدات وتذكيرات المواعيد ورسائل استعادة المتغيّبين نيابةً عنك عبر واتساب/الرسائل.

الاشتراك والتجربة

تكلفة تميقا ٣٩٩ درهم/شهر (أو السعر السنوي عند الدفع). تبدأ الحسابات الجديدة بـتجربة مجانية ١٤ يوماً؛ تُسجّل بطاقتك ولا تُخصم حتى اليوم الـ١٥. إلغاء في أي وقت دون التزام. لا نأخذ أي عمولة على حجوزاتك. تُعالج المدفوعات عبر Stripe.

مسؤولياتك

أنت المتحكم في بيانات عملائك. تؤكد أن لديك أساساً قانونياً (موافقة) لمراسلة العملاء الذين تضيفهم، ولن تستخدم تميقا للرسائل المزعجة أو الإعلانات دون موافقة منفصلة.

الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع الاستخدام غير القانوني أو المضلّل أو المسيء، ومراسلة من لم يوافق. يجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات المخالفة.

التوفّر والمسؤولية

نسعى لإبقاء تميقا موثوقة لكن نقدّمها «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة؛ يعتمد توصيل الرسائل على أطراف ثالثة (واتساب/Meta، شركات الاتصال، Stripe).
