Who we are

Tamiqa (“we”, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / NOBELEON], [ADDRESS]) provides a booking and appointment-reminder service. Contact: info@tamiqa.com.

What we process

For a booking we store only what is needed: your name, phone number, the booking time, the service, and (where relevant) an address, vehicle or meeting link you provide. We do not sell your data.

Why (legal basis)

To deliver the booking you requested and to send appointment confirmations and reminders. Messages are sent on your explicit consent, given when you book. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

WhatsApp / SMS

Reminders are delivered via WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and/or SMS. Your message is processed by these providers, which may process data outside the UAE/EU (including the USA). We only send organisational messages about your booking — never advertising without separate consent.

The business you booked with

The business (e.g. your salon, clinic or tradesperson) is the controller of your booking and uses Tamiqa as its processor to manage appointments and reminders.

Retention

We keep booking data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Cookies & local storage

We use only strictly necessary cookies — a secure sign-in session cookie and anti-fraud/CSRF tokens — which are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive/GDPR because the service cannot work without them. We also store a few first-party preferences in your browser (your language and, if you allow it, a “remember me” token so you can re-open your bookings without another code). We use no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential preferences via the cookie banner or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer at any time.

Do not sell/share (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, but you retain all access/deletion rights below.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Email info@tamiqa.com.

ما الذي نعالجه

للحجز نحفظ فقط ما يلزم: اسمك، رقم هاتفك، وقت الحجز، الخدمة، وعند الحاجة عنواناً أو مركبة أو رابط اجتماع تزوّدنا به. لا نبيع بياناتك.

الأساس القانوني

لتنفيذ الحجز الذي طلبته وإرسال تأكيدات وتذكيرات المواعيد. تُرسل الرسائل بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة عند الحجز. يمكنك سحب الموافقة في أي وقت بالرد بكلمة إيقاف.

واتساب / الرسائل

تُرسل التذكيرات عبر واتساب (من Meta) و/أو الرسائل النصية. قد يعالج هؤلاء المزوّدون بياناتك خارج الإمارات/الاتحاد الأوروبي (بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة). نرسل رسائل تنظيمية عن حجزك فقط — دون إعلانات إلا بموافقة منفصلة.

النشاط الذي حجزت لديه

النشاط (الصالون أو العيادة أو الحرفي) هو المتحكم في حجزك ويستخدم تميقا كمعالج لإدارة المواعيد والتذكيرات.

مدة الحفظ

نحتفظ ببيانات الحجز بالقدر اللازم للخدمة والالتزامات القانونية ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط ضرورية فقط — ملف جلسة تسجيل دخول آمن ورموز للحماية من التزوير (CSRF) — وهي معفاة من الموافقة لأن الخدمة لا تعمل بدونها. كما نخزّن بعض التفضيلات في متصفحك (لغتك، وعند سماحك رمز «تذكّرني» لعرض حجوزاتك دون رمز جديد). لا نستخدم أي ملفات إعلانات أو تحليلات أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة. يمكنك القبول أو الرفض عبر شريط الكوكيز أو رابط «إعدادات الكوكيز» في التذييل في أي وقت. ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أو نشاركها (وفق CCPA/CPRA).

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها والاعتراض على المعالجة عبر info@tamiqa.com.
